Ritual of solitude

This is a period of peace where you explore the healing power of silence and come to know who you really are. In the book, Robin Sharma mentions the Heart of the rose technique where you take a rose flower, sit in a peaceful environment, and start concentrating at the center of the rose. This is used to strengthen your mind and strengthening the control of your own mind.

Ritual of physicality

Take some time every day to nourish the temple of your body through vigorous exercise. Get your blood circulating and your body moving. Movement of your body is a must to maintain a healthy lifestyle. You can join a gym, do a home workout, or play some outdoor sport to stay in good health.

Ritual of live nourishment

Eat fresh vegetables, fruits, and grains. Eating processed or junk food reduces your immunity power. Start including uncooked raw vegetables and fresh fruits to your diet. They help you increase your metabolism as well.

Ritual of abundant knowledge

It centers on the notion of life long learning and expanding your knowledge base for the good of your self and all those around you. Reading for thirty minutes a day brings a lot of change in your lifestyle.

This is a habit of thinking and reflecting on oneself. Every few days, take a book and pen and sit in a peaceful environment. Then start writing your thoughts and feelings on the paper. This will help you to realize how you are evolving as a person and what your goals and how to achieve them.

Ritual of early awakening

Wake up early with the rise of the sun. The author speaks a lot about this early awakening and its importance in his book “The 5 am club”. He describes the 20–20–20 rule i.e. 20 minutes of exercise, 20 minutes of meditation, and 20 minutes of reading from 5 am to 6 am every day.

Ritual of music

Listen to music. If you are not a big fan of music, make a habit of listening to smooth and calm music which helps you to release stress and makes you feel good.

Chanting mantras has a deep impact on a person. It gives positivity and confidence. One can try with chanting Hanuman Chalisa every day.

Ritual of congruent character

This ritual tells us about the characteristics one should have to lead a happy and successful life. They are compassion, humility, patience, honesty, and courage.

Ritual of simplicity

Live a simple life. Always don’t believe that having a luxurious lifestyle can bring you happiness. Being with good people, sleeping without any tensions, and eating good food may bring happiness and peace within you.

Live, Laugh, and Experience Life. Cheers!!!
